This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") regulates legal relations related to the protection and processing of personal data and is aimed at protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy, in connection with the processing of personal data. The Policy applies to the processing of personal data carried out entirely or partly using automated means, as well as to the processing of personal data contained or intended to be included in personal data filing systems using non-automated means. The Policy applies to the use of the Site and related websites and online tools, with certain rules of use set forth herein.
 

One of RMBUD’s top priorities is confidentiality, especially regarding the protection of personal data of site users, consumers, buyers, etc. (hereinafter the "Users"). By using RMBUD’s services, you, as a User, place your trust in us, which we highly value.

RMBUD does not conceal information about the processing of personal data and makes every effort to keep your personal data secure, acting in the interests of all Users without exception.
 

PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
RMBUD is responsible for the processing of received personal data in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," other regulatory acts, and imposes similar obligations on any contractors it cooperates with in the provision of services or processing of obtained information.

RMBUD adheres to the fundamental principles of protecting confidential information concerning any further data transfers.

To ensure the secure transfer of personal data, RMBUD may use encryption protocols. All personal data is encrypted and securely transmitted through the Internet.
 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Most site operations can be performed by the User without providing personal information.

However, when subscribing, requesting additional information, or requesting certain functions (e.g., booking a consultation, requesting a commercial proposal, ordering an estimate, submitting an offer, or sending an inquiry), RMBUD collects the following User information:

- Full name or first name;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- User message.

To reduce errors in our database, RMBUD may verify user authenticity (prevent robotic interventions) and prevent unauthorized system use.

RMBUD also collects aggregated information about User activity on the Site (such as the number and duration of visits, viewed projects, object types, Site response speed, etc.); location determination may also be possible. Such information may be published in a publicly accessible profile on the Site without personal identification.

Depending on the purpose of using the RMBUD Site, some requested information is mandatory while some is provided at the User’s discretion. Refusal to provide mandatory information makes it impossible to process requests for additional information about real estate, residential complexes, development projects. All other RMBUD services remain available to the User.
 

USER RIGHTS

Every individual has the right:

1) To know sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of processing, location or residence of the personal data owner or controller, or to authorize representatives to obtain such information, except as provided by law;
2) To receive information on conditions of access to personal data, including third parties receiving their data;
3) To access their personal data;
4) To receive, in accordance with applicable law, confirmation whether their data is processed and to obtain the content of such data;
5) To submit motivated objections to the data owner regarding processing of their personal data;
6) To demand correction or deletion of their personal data if processed illegally or inaccurately;
7) To protect their personal data from unlawful processing, loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, untimely provision, or provision of inaccurate or defamatory information;
8) To file complaints regarding personal data processing with the Authorized Body or court;
9) To seek legal remedies for violations of personal data protection laws;
10) To impose restrictions on personal data processing upon consent;
11) To revoke consent for personal data processing;
12) To be informed of automated data processing mechanisms;
13) To protection against automated decisions with legal consequences.
 

AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION

During Site usage, RMBUD may collect personal information about User devices and connected networks, including IP address, browser type/version, plugins, operating system/platform, visited URLs or requested information, loading errors, page loading times, interaction with pages or phone numbers for customer service calls.

Like most websites, RMBUD and related operators may collect technical and routing information about User computers to facilitate Site use, including environment variables like browser type, OS, processor speed, and track traffic anonymously to better understand User needs. RMBUD does not sell or transfer personal data for sale.

When Users download and use RMBUD mobile applications or services, RMBUD automatically receives device type and OS version information. It may also request User device location through the installed app or during use.

Personal data processing is done openly, transparently, using means aligned with processing goals. Confidential personal data cannot be processed without consent except as provided by law in the interest of national security, economic welfare, or human rights. Data is processed only as long as necessary and no longer than legally prescribed.
 

COOKIES

RMBUD uses cookies to monitor Site usage and User online time. Cookies are small files stored on User computers to save website usage information, facilitating current access and enabling understanding of User preferences for administrative or security purposes. Cookies cannot damage systems and only the originating Site can read or modify them.

Users can disable, delete, or manage cookies via browser settings per browser instructions.
 

LEGITIMACY OF CALLS, EMAILS, AND SMS

Users may choose how to receive future communications. Emails and newsletters are sent only to those who have subscribed or consented. Messages explain how to unsubscribe or opt-out. RMBUD may request User participation in surveys with consent.

Main communication is via email. By subscribing or placing orders and acknowledging this Policy, Users consent to data processing and receiving communications. Users may opt out by notifying RMBUD by phone or electronically.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA COLLECTION

RMBUD collects and uses personal data to provide and improve services, conduct marketing and statistical research, satisfy User needs for quality service and information, including location-based offers and new real estate market proposals.

Data is used to process User inquiries, send requested information, notify about special offers and promotions, analyze services for Site improvement, and handle individual requests.

Data processing purposes are defined before data collection.
 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

RMBUD takes measures to protect personal data throughout processing stages, including organizational and technical measures to prevent loss, destruction, unauthorized access or processing.

Data storage methods prevent third-party access. Technical protections exclude unauthorized data access and ensure proper operation of processing systems.
 

DISCLOSURE INCIDENTS

Personal data disclosure means transferring User data with consent; unauthorized disclosure is only allowed as per law and for national security, economic welfare, or human rights interests under strict measures.
 

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data is kept as long as necessary for processing purposes and legal requirements. Documentation confirming information provision is retained throughout processing.

Data is deleted when retention expires, legal relations end, or upon court order or User request.

RMBUD must amend data upon User requests if data is inaccurate.
 

POLICY UPDATES

RMBUD reserves the right to amend this Policy. Significant changes will be posted on the Site. Use of the Site after changes implies User consent.
